Hey everyone,

I live in Central Massachusetts and am trying to find a job on the vineyard, but really need to go down for a night or two to meet some employers. Does anyone know of really cheap housing? I just need a place to sleep because I%26#39;ll be busy looking for jobs during the day. Thanks!

Unless you%26#39;re meeting with employers %26#39;up island%26#39; in W.Tisbury, Chilmark and Aquinnah, the youth Hostel is inconvenient. No restaurants, town nearby.

In Oak Bluffs, the Nashua House provides inexpensive rooms, with shared bath, right in the middle of town. The Tivoli Inn is a short walk, but still in town and quaint; like staying in someone%26#39;s home, so if you%26#39;re a single woman, you may feel more safe. Give them both a call and bargain with them. If it%26#39;s midweek and slow, tell them you%26#39;re just there to look for work and they%26#39;ll give you a deal, I%26#39;m sure.
