Party in New England this Summer!!!!!

Hello All,

I am looking for a good party for 2 groups meeting in the area this summer. We met last winter down south and had a great time and are looking at meeting again this year. They are from Toronto Ontario and we are from Fredericton NB. The middle happens to be your beautiful state. We will be camping and RVing. Anyone know of a good party weekend that we could meet on. We had alot of fun last time we met and are looking to continue that. The crazier the better. Anything from an outdoor music festival, beer festival or even the local crab tossing contest. Somewhere where everyone will be drinking and looking to have a good time. Thanks for the help, JB

Well it certainly doesn%26#39;t get more crazier than Laconia Bike Week. It%26#39;s right in the middle of New Hampshire for a great meeting spot. The Laconia area is beautiful if you haven%26#39;t been before. Plenty of campgrounds nearby as well. I think Pine Hollow Campground is a great one if it%26#39;s not already booked. LOTS of beer, music and other general madness. This years event is being held from June 14th-22nd. Here%26#39;s a link if your interested.

Unfortunatley the Puritan attitudes of New England usually limit the craziness of the type of festivals you are talking about....at least with the camping/RVing portion included.

I agree with milemarker. Your not going to find many ';anything goes'; type festivals or events in southern New England. Much more likely to find those type of happenings in northern New England where the ';live free or die'; attitude reigns!

New Hampshire Speedway is awesome. It%26#39;s another one of those party all weekend types of events. The races are pretty good too. You can bring a small cooler full of beer into the track with you as well. If you run out, you can either buy some at the speedway or go back outside the track, across the street to the package store there. Like Laconia a short distance away, there%26#39;s plenty of camping to be found around the speedway.
