Saw in Hotwire that they have 3 star hotels in Quincy-Financial District for $73 per night.
Any idea on which hotel as I just want a clean place to sleep and near a T?
Thanks for any advice.
Hotwire hotel - 3 star in Quincy-Financial District
Not that it matters but is this a weekend night?
I cannot think of a bad hotel in this area. This is the best rate I have seen posted for any hotel there.
I am thinking the Langham. If so, you did well. The T is not far.

Do you mean %26#39;Quincy Market/Financial District';? If yes, then grab it ...
I%26#39;m not a hotwire user, but %26#39;Quincy%26#39; (without the %26#39;market%26#39;) is a city slightly south of Boston. Nice place, on the T%26#39;s redline, but not in downtown Boston ...
There is a helpful Web site called betterbidding.com that has a list of identified hotwire hotels.
You can go to that site by this link: www.betterbidding.com/index.php?showtopic=69%26
According to that list, there are two 3* hotels identified in the Quincy Market-Financial District, the Club Quarters and the Holiday Inn at Beacon Hill.
Unfortunately they have the same amenities.
Does the hotel you are looking at match their description (click on the ';continue'; button on the hotwire hotel listing and you will see the hotel%26#39;s amenities.)
Good luck and let me know if I can help you.
Many thanks for the responses %26amp; the betterbidding link.
I%26#39;m staying from 27th-31st May.
After reviewing betterbidding, I have a better idea on Hotwire hotels, so booked for 1 night first. If hotel turns out to be something else, then it%26#39;s just a night.
Turned out to be Holiday Inn Beacon Hill. After that, I quickly booked the rest of the days, since we just need a clean %26amp; safe place to stay. $79=10 tax recovery charges/fees per night is a good bargain.
Originally intended to stay at Best Western Adams Inn which is $125 excluding taxes.
Once again, thank you.

dss,
You got an excellent deal! Enjoy Boston!
There is also another way that you can narrow down your list of potential hotels....and it involves trripadbvisor:
If you click on the ';continue'; button, scroll down to the ';customer review'; area, and you%26#39;ll see the tripadvisor logo and they%26#39;ll mention the traveler rating and how many reviews it was based on....you can cross reference that with hotel reviews on tripadvisor.
One thing I have been noticing though, is that it says when the last review was, but it%26#39;s not always up to date. But it%26#39;s still another good way to figure out what hotel you might get.
