Do you know how can I get from Cambridge city (MA) to this Shopping Center? I heard it has very good prices!!!
From Cambridge to Brighton Mills Shopping Center
A cab or a bus, depending on where you are Cambridge, but what exactly have you heard about Brighton Mills? All that I can think of that is there is a supermarket and a pet store, and maybe an office supply store.

You do not want to go to this shopping center. It%26#39;s nearly vacant of stores now. Every person who speaks of it says to stay away. They also said that there are a lot of seedy characters hanging around there now too. I read that Harvard is trying to buy it so they can scoop up the 5 acres it sits on. Maybe that%26#39;s why it%26#39;s vacant or close to it. It used to have a KMart but that%26#39;s gone. The rest of the stuff was castoffs from closed stores like Caldor%26#39;s.
Thanks for your help! I guess this shopping is not a good option...what do you suggest me in Cambridge or Boston for good shopping (I want to get good prices)...thanks
What are you looking to buy?
clothing and electronic devices...
Folks are correct. The Brighton Mills so-called shopping center is almost deserted these days.
Who did you hear about good prices there from? They must have lived in the area a very long time ago. What stores in particular were mentioned? They were all chain stores and someone may be able to recommend another location. As I recall, there was K-Mart (cheap prices, poor quality), Bed and Bath and, many moons ago, a good leather goods store, but never much else.
Cambridgeside Galleria Mall near Lechmere has a Best Buy store with good prices for electronics, as well as many other stores.
If you are staying in Cambridge, there is a Target in Union Square, Somerville, on the line with East Cambridge. It%26#39;s a chain store with reasonably cheap prices for reasonable quality.
